POTTY POTTER

"POTTY POTTER"
Sally was once a potter and lives in "Potter's Cottage".
She is losing her mind.
A family member has provided her with an electric scooter.
She sports a Canadian flag on a tall thin and bendy pole,
Allowing locals to see her coming from afar.
She has absolutely no road sense,
Crossing without looking,
Making u turns on busy streets,
Causing accidents.
A young biker lies in hospital,
Paralyzed by an encounter with Potty Potter.
A Polish lorry driver paid a large fine...
He too was approached too closely,
No fault of his own.
Local Police seem blind,
Unable to curb this addled old woman..
Gates have been built or repaired
To keep her  whirring approach
Up gravel driveways at bay.
This bold, intrusive nutter
Thinks nothing of leaning on front door bells,
Riding into school playgrounds
And chasing me up country lanes
When all I ask for is solitude.
Potty has to be rescued
Frequently. 
She is encountered many miles from home,
Out of electricity.
This means someone has to recharge her battery.
She has driven into the village pond
And she drives everyone mad.
